The Spectre 4 Dual Loop Side Panel is an addon for Spectre 4. It mirrors some aspects of the main case integrated distribution plate, adding a second separate reservoir and D5 pump top. When the dual loop side panel is added the main case distribution plate can be used for the CPU loop and the Dual Loop Side Panel for the GPU loop.
